iPhone 3G 16GB Black - SIM Unlocked ?

This is my old iPhone 3G 16GB Black iPhone. Still working, glass has a protective film on it and no cracks. There is one crack on the plastic at the back near the connector but the phone operates perfectly well. No paypal or posting or meeting in random places to see phone.
