apple iphone 4 (16gb) still under warrenty -

hi here for sale i have my apple iphone 4s (16gb) phone is like brand new comes with box,charger and usb. phone needs to be activated but because it is on 02 irland i cant do it. i was told by 02 it costes 15 to unlock it and that will open it on all networks. phone is still under warrenty
