Samsung Galaxy S3, Brand New ?

Hi looking to sell my Samsung Galaxy s3 in Blue, got it as an upgrade but im happy with the phone i have. Box has been opened for pics but phone is new and never even been switched on. Not sure if the phone is unlocked or not but think it possibly is as i didnt get it direct from T Mobile and most other places do them unlocked.
