The phone is in excellent condition only small cosmetic damage on the back cover where the Blackberry Logo is (the silver bits came off). The phone is locked to tesco mobile however the phone can be un-locked as i know many people are on o2 , The box contains the Blackberry 9520 smartphone , charge cable , usb sync and charge cable , all documents (Book , Quick Start guide etc) and the Disk for the computer suite.
