Apple iphone 4s 16GB black (plz read ad before u call) .

I bought this iphone from guy ANTHONY lives in flats near maypole now it is showing no service,i did try to call and find him but no success then i contact checkmend.com to check its status and got certificate from them saying that IT IS BLOCKED BY NETWORK PROVIDER its not stolen phone cant be used here but worth a lot abroad its in brand new condition and on orange and t-mobile i paid 290 for it now accept sensible offers if u r interested plz call no texts plz
